Easync Platform Update: 9 March

Faster Order Tracking, Clearer Alerts, and Smoother Support

Running an automated eBay dropshipping operation is rarely about big dramatic changes. Most of the time, the real improvements come from small adjustments that remove friction from everyday workflows.

This update focuses exactly on that.

The latest Easync platform improvements are designed to make order management faster, reduce unnecessary clicks, and give both users and the support team more flexibility when handling issues.

Below is a breakdown of what changed and how it improves the daily workflow for sellers.

Faster Tracking Updates from the Orders Table

One of the most common tasks sellers perform is checking whether tracking numbers have been updated.

Previously, retrieving new tracking information often required opening each individual order.

With this update, Get Tracking and Cache Tracking buttons are now available directly in the Orders table.

This allows sellers to request tracking updates without navigating into every order manually.

The improvement becomes especially noticeable when managing large order volumes. Instead of opening multiple order pages, tracking updates can now be triggered instantly from the main dashboard.

For sellers handling dozens or even hundreds of orders daily, removing these extra clicks can significantly speed up routine checks.

Clearer Alert Messages Across the Platform

Automation tools tend to generate a lot of notifications.

Some alerts signal important issues. Others simply provide status updates.

Over time, unclear alert messages can create confusion, especially for newer users who are still learning how the platform works.

This update improves alert text clarity across the entire platform, making notifications easier to understand at a glance.

The goal is simple: when an alert appears, users should immediately understand:

  • what happened

  • why it happened

  • what action (if any) is required

Better messaging reduces unnecessary support tickets and helps users resolve minor issues independently.

Easier Store Connection for New Users

Connecting the first store is often the moment when new users decide whether a platform feels easy or complicated.

To make onboarding smoother, a tooltip has been added next to the “Add Store” button.

This small UI addition provides helpful guidance directly inside the interface, explaining how to connect a store and what steps to follow.

It’s a simple improvement, but it helps new users avoid confusion during the initial setup process.

Faster Issue Resolution by the Support Team

Another important change happens behind the scenes.

The Easync support team can now remove orders and reset order statuses directly when troubleshooting issues.

Previously, certain order-related adjustments required involvement from the development team.

Now support agents can handle these actions themselves, which means:

  • Shorter wait times

  • Faster issue resolution

  • Less disruption for sellers managing active orders

For sellers operating live stores, this flexibility can make a real difference when problems need to be resolved quickly.

Bug Fix: Improved Google Registration

This update also includes a fix for Google registration issues that some users experienced during signup.

The problem could occasionally interrupt the registration process when creating an account through Google login.

The fix ensures a smoother and more reliable signup experience for new users joining the platform.

Why Small Improvements Matter in Automation

Automation platforms often evolve through gradual improvements rather than major redesigns.

Small updates like faster tracking retrieval, clearer alerts, and improved support tools might seem minor individually. But together they improve the daily experience of using the platform.

For sellers managing automated dropshipping workflows, smoother operations translate directly into:

  • less time spent on manual checks

  • faster problem resolution

  • more predictable order management

And when operations run smoothly, sellers can focus on scaling their stores rather than fixing workflow interruptions.
